At KY for KY Store, we want you to love your new fashion pieces; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned merchandise must be in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the provided packing slip to ensure accurate processing.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
